How to Use ALEX™

Take a look at, "Three Powerful Sections in ALEX". The Program has Three Main Features: the Lessons section, the Rules Review section and the Video Knot Test & Review sections.

Most Efficient Way
to fill in gaps in knowledge and to increase understanding in weak areas. Different affect for each grader. Retake Quizzes once per quarter.

Simplest and
Quickest Way
to make sure All the graders know All the rules All the time.
 Review the rules once per quarter.

Increases Confidence and Ability to Make close Calls on Knots
This section has the biggest affect on Above Grade and Over-trimming. Set higher and higher goals each quarter.

 

The Lessons are designed to go through once and then serve as a reference source that can be used anytime they want to refresh and review some content. The Lesson Quizzes can be taken over without going through the Lesson content by selecting “Test Menu” on the “Lesson Menu” page.

The Rules Review and Knot Tests are for long term use. 

After everyone has been through the lessons once, set these goals for each grader:

The Lesson Quizzes should be taken over at least once every quarter

The Rules Review (2-100% scores on each rule) once every quarter.

The Knot Tests (set higher and higher requirements) once every quarter.

This will take only a few hours each quarter by each grader.

Print out the results and give them to Management each quarter.

Reward the graders for completing this rules review and knot practice periodically.
